The utility programs serve several purposes:
1. To effect repairs and/or modifications to Lucid software installed on the hard drive.
2. To allow users to continue to view reports for expired or obsolete versions of Lucid software.
3. Diagnostic tools.

The downloads, when deployed and used correctly, will not cause any loss of data including students' results.

INI File Repairer	[INIRepairer.exe] - designed to fix occasional problems when Lucid software asks for CD to be inserted but this is already in the drive. This utility repairs the INI file on the hard drive which points to where the CD drive is. This issue usually occurs with older versions of Windows such as Windows 98 but can be caused when trying to Repair from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Download and run the utility from anywhere on the same computer as your Lucid software. Supports all Lucid Version 5 series (2005) and some previous versions including CoPS Baseline V2, Lucid CoPS V4.3, LASS Secondary V3.3 and LASS Junior V1.3.	Download 80Kb
Short Date Format reader	Date Format and Locale reader [ReadLocale.exe] - a diagnostic tool which reads the Short Date style used by your computer. Also determines the country the computer is set up for e.g. United Kingdom. Download and run the utility on your computer.	Download 20Kb
LADS V5 Reports Viewer	[LADSReaderV503.exe] - designed to view and print out LADS reports - useful if you are no longer licensed to use LADS (V5.01 to 5.03) but wish to view and print reports. Simply run it from anywhere on the computer hosting your old LADS software.	Download 748Kb
