How to order Lucid products

Choosing your goods...

Visit the various product pages under the Products link in the left column of the website. At the foot of each product's page are product items which can be added to your 'basket'.
Choose items carefully as there are often different licence options or software versions selectable
Each time you add an item to the basket you are shown the itemised list and the Checkout button is made available. To remove an item from your list click on the appropriate dustbin (trash can) icon.
When you have finished shopping click on Checkout where any sales taxes and postal charges are added.
If you know how you will make payment and you have entered your name, address and other details you can proceed to payment (see below).

If it is preferred you can place an order by fax or email instead of using the website (see Contact page).
Please note that all purchases from outside the UK and Eire or by private individuals will need to be paid for in advance (see below)

Schools with Official Purchase Order

Please ensure you have authorisation to order software with an official purchase order number before you proceed. If your school or institution has a DFES Number this should be disclosed to us too.
At the Checkout you should select the 'Pay on account' option and enter your Purchace Order and DFES Numbers in the boxes provided before choosing 'Proceed to payment'.

Schools using Credit/Debit Card

At the Checkout ensure the option 'Pay online now with my credit/debit card' is selected before you 'proceed to payment'.

Private individuals and other purchasers

If you come under this category of purchasers you should make payment by a credit/debit card unless you have agreed an alternative method of pre-payment with Lucid.
Note that we strongly discourage the purchase of Lucid screening or assessment products by and for the use of individuals without the appropriate training or educational/psychological qualifications.
Whether or not they are suitably qualified, we also discourage purchase by parents of Lucid screening or assessment products soley for use with their own children.
Memory Booster is, however, suitable for purchase and use by parents, guardians, teachers and others.

Customers in countries outside the UK and Eire

Please note that we require full payment in advance of shipment of goods to schools and other educational institutions outside UK/Eire. Payment can made on this website using a valid Credit/Debit card or by money transfer or a cheque which has cleared.

Lucid will invoice you or your school upon despatch of your order. Goods destined for UK and Eire customers are normally shipped within 7 days of receipt of order but please allow up to 28 days in exceptional circumstances.
Customers outside UK/Eire please allow up to 28 days in case of delays caused by pre-payment issues or local postal and/or customs conditions in your country.
